Tofino

Updated: Aug 21, 2021

Peach coloured sunsets...a time of reflection.. Sometimes life can knock you down and you just need a place where you can saturate yourself in the present moment and find inspiration.

My first look

Upon arriving in Tofino in the early evening we picked the first beach we came to and it was worth it. The peach coloured sunset was breathtaking and with the wind blowing and people playing in the wet coloured sand it brought a smile to my heart. To think people live here everyday and its in BC!

Finding a Place

Finding a place in Tofino for a sunrise is something you need to ask the locals about. This spot was part of a bird sanctuary located a few kms south of Tofino. It was worth rising early, the birds were floating gently in the orange-coloured water. So peaceful.

Time to say goodbye

It was so nice to get away and see my world from a different view and experience a different lifestyle. Like the locals I put on my rubber boots and walked through the peach-coloured sand the wind blowing, the sound of the waves and the vast open ocean before me. I felt every moment was precious and to be fully enjoyed something you take home with you for those days when uncertain things happen as they always will...

. It was a wonderful place to find inspiration and we will go back someday...
